Digital Business Analyst

Shape digital solutions by bridging business needs, technology and operations to drive meaningful transformation and better user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements.
  • Apply Design Thinking / Service Design to identify gaps and develop solutions.
  • Evaluate technology solutions and recommend suitable approaches.
  • Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with architects, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
  • Support UAT, deployment, system training and operational support.
  • Analyse system issues, logs and performance to support troubleshooting.
  • Review vendor deliverables, code quality and development standards.
  • Support system operations and minimize disruption during critical periods.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and DevOps.
  • Experience with GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket and code review processes.
  • Good understanding of AWS, including S3, RDS, CloudWatch and EKS.
  • Understanding of APIs, system integration, data flows and system architecture.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong technical and business analysis capabilities.
  • Experience working in Agile, product-centric teams.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive process improvements.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
