Background

Shape digital solutions by bridging business needs, technology and operations to drive meaningful transformation and better user experiences.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements.
Apply Design Thinking / Service Design to identify gaps and develop solutions.
Evaluate technology solutions and recommend suitable approaches.
Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
Work with architects, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Support UAT, deployment, system training and operational support.
Analyse system issues, logs and performance to support troubleshooting.
Review vendor deliverables, code quality and development standards.
Support system operations and minimize disruption during critical periods.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and DevOps.
Experience with GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket and code review processes.
Good understanding of AWS, including S3, RDS, CloudWatch and EKS.
Understanding of APIs, system integration, data flows and system architecture.

Preferred Skills

Strong technical and business analysis capabilities.
Experience working in Agile, product-centric teams.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive process improvements.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
