About the role:

We are seeking a EUC Desktop Engineer to manage and improve enterprise desktop services, ensuring reliable and efficient end-user support.

 

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office hours

Salary package: $9000 (basic) + AWS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide and support enterprise end user computing services across desktops, laptops, and virtual environments (e.g. Windows, Microsoft 365, VDI)
  • Plan and implement improvements to workplace technologies, including endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune, SCCM) to enhance user experience
  • Deliver projects to standardise and optimise desktop environments, including OS deployment, patching, and software distribution
  • Manage vendors delivering end user services, ensuring performance meets SLA requirements and acting as the point of escalation
  • Work with service providers and internal teams to maintain operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents and changes
  • Support daily operations and drive automation or efficiency improvements using tools such as PowerShell and endpoint management solutions

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in end user computing or ICT infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of desktop technologies, with basic understanding of network and servers
  • Able to manage projects, multitask, and work with stakeholders
  • Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative
