About the role:

We are seeking a EUC Desktop Engineer to manage and improve enterprise desktop services, ensuring reliable and efficient end-user support.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office hours

Salary package: $9000 (basic) + AWS

Benefits: Annual Leave, Birthday Leave, Medical Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

Provide and support enterprise end user computing services across desktops, laptops, and virtual environments (e.g. Windows, Microsoft 365, VDI)
Plan and implement improvements to workplace technologies, including endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune, SCCM) to enhance user experience
Deliver projects to standardise and optimise desktop environments, including OS deployment, patching, and software distribution
Manage vendors delivering end user services, ensuring performance meets SLA requirements and acting as the point of escalation
Work with service providers and internal teams to maintain operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents and changes
Support daily operations and drive automation or efficiency improvements using tools such as PowerShell and endpoint management solutions

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in end user computing or ICT infrastructure
Strong knowledge of desktop technologies, with basic understanding of network and servers
Able to manage projects, multitask, and work with stakeholders
Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative
