Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement)

Salary Package: Up to $8.5k + AWS

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, hosting environments, network infrastructure, end-user computing (EUC), and data centre operations.
- Manage and coordinate third-party vendors, facilities management providers, and IT service partners supporting infrastructure and EUC services.
- Plan and implement infrastructure projects to ensure service delivery meets availability, continuity, performance, and capacity requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Take overall responsibility for hardware, software, and subscription maintenance contracts related to infrastructure and data centre operations.
- Manage the procurement, leasing, and lifecycle management of end-user computing devices.
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to deploy infrastructure solutions and end-user devices to business users.
- Lead IT infrastructure procurement activities, including requirements definition, tender/RFP preparation, evaluation, recommendation, and contract award.
- Manage and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and problems, ensuring timely root cause analysis and resolution.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure systems and data centre facilities.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and conduct system and log reviews to identify potential issues proactively.
- Track and ensure audit findings and compliance gaps are addressed within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate and monitor security vulnerability remediation activities in collaboration with security and infrastructure teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute annual IT resilience activities, including table-top exercises and disaster recovery (DR) testing.
- Maintain and oversee disaster recovery plans, ensuring systems are tested regularly and recovery objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in ICT infrastructure operations.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure Cloud services, including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS is an added advantage.
- Experience in public/government sector is an added advantage.
