Job title: IT Business Analyst (FinTech / Trading)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst with a strong background in FinTech - Trading domain to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various FinTech applications and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Perform market research, analyze competitors, and gather user feedback to guide product decisions.
  • Define and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in alignment with business goals.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating product performance after launch.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks.
  • Proactively identify and help resolve product risks, issues, and potential roadblocks.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, trading workflows, and technology best practices to propose innovative solutions.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Executive in the FinTech industry.
  • Prior experience in Trading domain (Future Trading, Trader Integration,  Option, FX, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of trading systems (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Fidessa, Bloomberg, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge with software development and web technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
