Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst with a strong background in FinTech - Trading domain to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various FinTech applications and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and ongoing improvements.
Perform market research, analyze competitors, and gather user feedback to guide product decisions.
Define and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in alignment with business goals.
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating product performance after launch.
Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks.
Proactively identify and help resolve product risks, issues, and potential roadblocks.
Stay updated with industry trends, trading workflows, and technology best practices to propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Executive in the FinTech industry.
Prior experience in Trading domain (Future Trading, Trader Integration, Option, FX, etc.).
Solid knowledge of trading systems (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Fidessa, Bloomberg, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
Knowledge with software development and web technologies will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
