Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, review, and implement regulatory policies and frameworks to govern autonomous vehicle (AV) or EV charging services.
  2. Administer the licensing regime for AV/EV charging operators, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor operator compliance and coordinate appropriate enforcement actions for non-compliance.
  4. Translate regulatory objectives into practical operational procedures and resource plans.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and industry partners to drive policy outcomes.
  6. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  7. Contribute to initiatives that balance safety, operational constraints, and business-friendly approaches.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory policies and frameworks.
  • Experience in regulatory policy formulation or operational enforcement (e.g., licensing, compliance monitoring).
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational actions and recommend resource allocation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including industry players and government bodies.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of autonomous vehicle, electrical systems and EV charging technologies is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment managing multiple projects.
