Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and implement regulatory policies and frameworks to govern autonomous vehicle (AV) or EV charging services.
Administer the licensing regime for AV/EV charging operators, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Monitor operator compliance and coordinate appropriate enforcement actions for non-compliance.
Translate regulatory objectives into practical operational procedures and resource plans.
Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and industry partners to drive policy outcomes.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Contribute to initiatives that balance safety, operational constraints, and business-friendly approaches.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of regulatory policies and frameworks.
Experience in regulatory policy formulation or operational enforcement (e.g., licensing, compliance monitoring).
Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational actions and recommend resource allocation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including industry players and government bodies.
Interest or basic knowledge of autonomous vehicle, electrical systems and EV charging technologies is a plus.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment managing multiple projects.
