We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in a high-impact public sector initiative, driving digital transformation through the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance services and create meaningful nationwide impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with technical teams to bridge business requirements with system implementation and solution architecture
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies aligned with modern cloud and digital transformation initiatives
  • Support UAT activities, defect management, system training, and operational readiness exercises
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation across business operations
  • Explore the use of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve business rules validation and testing processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital, technology, or software delivery environments
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or AI-enabled business processes.
  • Familiarity with code review platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
  • Experience with AWS services such as S3, RDS, CloudWatch, EKS, or similar cloud platforms
