About the Role

Our client, a government agency in Singapore, is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives and AI-enabled solutions. You will work closely with business users, engineers, solution architects and vendors to translate business needs into scalable digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Support AI initiatives involving LLMs, prompt engineering and enterprise system integration.
  • Review technical deliverables, vendor code quality and system performance.
  • Analyse APIs, system integrations and application logs to troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products using Agile methodologies.
  • Support deployment, user adoption and continuous product improvements.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Technical or Digital Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with AI/LLM solutions, prompt engineering or AI-enabled applications.
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, code review and log analysis.
  • Familiar with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket and monitoring tools such as ELK or Splunk.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
