Job Description

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure seamless operation in applications. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining system performance and stability, providing support to business users, and troubleshooting and resolving application issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for live applications and systems, ensuring operational stability and service continuity
  • Manage incidents from identification through resolution, including root cause analysis and tracking
  • Track and follow up on system defects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely fixes
  • Ensure adherence to incident management and contribute to maintaining high service quality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending preventive measures

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in application support, IT operations, or a related role
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting data-related issues
  • Familiarity with common interfacing challenges (e.g., APIs, batch jobs, integration points)
  • Strong understanding of incident management and service request processes
