Joining a leading IT advisory and consultancy firm to provide IT Infrastructure solutions support to our key clients from diverse industries such as Legal, Medical, FSI and Professional Services.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and respond to enquiries from both existing and prospective clients regarding company’s IT solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand business needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
  3. Participate in marketing events, seminars, exhibitions, and business networking activities to generate new business opportunities.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, etc
  • Prior experience in IT sales, account management or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
