Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into actionable solutions that drive business outcomes. 

Working Location: WEST

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business users, IT stakeholders, and technical teams for system enhancement and workflow automation initiative
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from various stakeholders
  • Design and document business processes, workflow requirements, user journeys, and functional specifications
  • Work closely with technical teams to assess solution feasibility and recommend appropriate approaches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments
  • Experience facilitating workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and UAT activities.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in areas such as workflow automation, service request management, IT Service Management (ITSM)
