Project Manager (Govt)

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to drive the delivery and adoption of digital products.

You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure products are delivered on time, meet user needs, and comply with required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital products from planning to launch
  • Support user research activities with Product Managers and Designers
  • Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate testing (system, UAT, security) before release
  • Support release planning and deployments with engineering/DevOps teams
  • Drive user adoption through training and communication
  • Provide post-launch support and coordinate bug fixes
  • Handle procurement processes and evaluate vendor proposals in line with Government procedures
  • Ensure compliance with IM8 and relevant policies

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering digital products end-to-end
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, deployments, environment management)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiar with tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Agile/Scrum experience; certifications are a plus
  • Degree/Diploma in relevant fields preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Government or regulated environments
  • Knowledge of IM8 compliance
  • Exposure to cloud or DevOps certifications
