Job Description

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement) 
Working Location: Central  
Salary Package: up to SGD 10,000 + AWS 
Employment Type: Contract (1 year renewable with chances of conversion) 

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to support the design, implementation, and operation of modern cloud, automation, and security platforms. This role will be instrumental in enabling scalable and secure infrastructure across multi-cloud environments while driving automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and cybersecurity capabilities.

You will work closely with Cloud Engineers, Security Operations teams, AI Software Engineers, and Platform Architects to deliver resilient infrastructure, automation frameworks, and integrated security solutions supporting mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for multi-cloud infrastructure environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Support and manage cloud-native services including compute, storage, networking, security, analytics, AI/ML, and data platforms.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
  • Provision, configure, and maintain on-premises infrastructure, including bare metal servers and supporting platforms.
  • Design, deploy, and support specialised infrastructure platforms to meet operational and business requirements.
  • Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, availability, and security through proactive monitoring and optimisation.
  • Support cloud governance, security controls, and operational best practices across hybrid environments.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and orchestration pipelines supporting operational and cybersecurity use cases.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment of infrastructure, automation services, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Develop custom automation solutions using Python, Shell Scripting, and other programming languages where required.
  • Deliver and support automation solutions across internet-facing, intranet, and isolated environments.
  • Support operational automation initiatives, including AI-powered workflow systems and AI call centre platforms.
  • Enhance and maintain orchestration frameworks, integration services, and automated operational processes.
  • Support Security Operations Centre (SOC) initiatives through automation and orchestration engineering.
  • Implement and maintain SOAR workflows, automated incident response playbooks, and supporting security tooling.
  • Collaborate with SOC teams to improve detection, response, and operational efficiency through automation.
  • Design and implement integration frameworks connecting SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence Platforms, and cloud-based security solutions.
  • Develop data integration pipelines to ingest and enrich security and operational data from internal and external sources.
  • Collaborate with AI Software Engineers and Data Engineers to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into operational workflows.


Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or related domains.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Python, Shell Scripting, or other automation-focused programming languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
