IT Project Manager

We are looking for Project Manager to oversee the delivery, enhancement, implementation, or migration of software applications and business systems. The role focuses on coordinating business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful application delivery and support.

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Working Location: Jurong West
  • Job Type: Contract
  • Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) x 12 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end application development or implementation projects
  • Coordinate with business users, developers, QA, UX, infrastructure, and vendors
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Manage application testing, UAT, deployment, and post-release support
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance requirements are met
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting
  • Support change management and process improvement initiatives
  • Oversee application enhancements, bug fixes, and release planning

Required Skills

Preferred Technical Knowledge

  • Databases and cloud platforms
  • Enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, banking systems, etc.)
  • Tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project
