Job Description

IT Project Manager

We are looking for Project Manager to oversee the delivery, enhancement, implementation, or migration of software applications and business systems. The role focuses on coordinating business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful application delivery and support.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri
Working Location: Jurong West
Job Type: Contract
Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) x 12 months

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end application development or implementation projects
Coordinate with business users, developers, QA, UX, infrastructure, and vendors
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Manage application testing, UAT, deployment, and post-release support
Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance requirements are met
Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting
Support change management and process improvement initiatives
Oversee application enhancements, bug fixes, and release planning

Required Skills

Application delivery and SDLC knowledge
Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project management
Stakeholder management
Risk and issue management
Vendor coordination
Requirement gathering and documentation
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Technical Knowledge

Web/mobile application architecture
APIs and system integrations
Databases and cloud platforms
Enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, banking systems, etc.)
Tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project
