Job Description

Hiring for a motivated Software Engineer specializing in ServiceNow to join our team to deliver whole-of-government project:

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, implement and customize ServiceNow applications and services using scripting, configuration, and integration tools.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. 
  3. Implement new ServiceNow modules and enhancements, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
  4. Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of existing ServiceNow applications.
  5. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and 3rd-party tools.
  6. Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.

Requirements:

  • min. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • min. 4 year of working experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other web technologies. 
  • Understand of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, etc is a plus.
