Project Manager (Digital Solutions)

 

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Working Arrangement
  • Working Location: Central
  • Remuneration package: Up to $7,500 + Variable Bonus

 

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver digital initiatives from inception through to completion. This role requires strong stakeholder management, leadership, and project delivery capabilities to ensure successful outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, timeline, and budget
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, data, and business functions
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates on performance, risks, and issues
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure requirements are clearly defined and met
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure workflow efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry standards
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project team members
  • Work closely with the Singapore Digital Solutions Manager to support delivery and stakeholder management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, including experience delivering software or digital solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
