Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement)
Working Location: Buona Vista
Salary Package: Up to $10,000 + AWS
Employment Type: Contract 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage end-to-end IAM operations and projects within a production environment, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Manage operational IAM systems, including user provisioning, access requests, and identity lifecycle processes (Joiner–Mover–Leaver).
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and system availability objectives (SAO).
• Coordinate and prioritise service requests (SRs) across user groups, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Manage helpdesk tickets related to IAM system issues and user access, acting as the point of escalation when required.
• Plan and execute system enhancements, upgrades, and change requests while maintaining operational continuity.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, align on priorities, and drive continuous improvement of IAM processes.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proper mitigation and escalation.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in operational or production environments.
• Proven experience managing service requests, helpdesk tickets, and enhancement workflows.
• Hands-on experience with IAM concepts such as user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and identity governance is an advantage.
