Job Description
We are seeking a capable and motivated Level 2 Application Support Engineer to join our operations and support team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for production and staging systems, handling escalations and restoring services within SLA/OLA timelines.
- Investigate incidents (errors, alerts, performance, integrations) and perform in-depth troubleshooting using logs and monitoring tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions to minimize recurring issues.
- Monitor system health proactively and execute configuration changes, patches, and operational fixes.
- Maintain documentation (runbooks, SOPs, knowledge base) while ensuring compliance, security standards, and supporting audits and releases.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience in application/system support within high-availability or mission-critical environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and log analysis tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK Stack) and Linux/Unix systems.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, including services like ECS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
- Basic understanding of databases, REST APIs, and ITIL processes, with experience using tools like Jira.
