Job title: Software Engineer (NodeJS / AWS)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will work across the full technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile and DevOps-driven environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Salary Package: UP to $9,800 (basic) + AWS
  • Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend components.

  • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and database integrations.

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.

  • Perform data processing, transformation, and integration across multiple systems.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure application quality through testing and bug fixes.

  • Work with DevOps teams to manage cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and deployments.

  • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance best practices are implemented.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development.

  • Strong experience in frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js.

  • Experience in backend development using Node.js and building RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.

  • Strong knowledge of database design and working with databases such as SQL or PostgreSQL.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with microservices architecture.

  • Exposure to data engineering workflows or data lake technologies.

  • Experience integrating AI/LLM services (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini).

  • Experience working in enterprise or government environments.
