Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural expertise, and hands-on development capabilities in modern full stack technologies.

  • Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using modern full stack technologies.

  • Architect and implement scalable microservices and event-driven systems.

  • Build and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring frameworks.

  • Develop responsive and high-quality frontend applications using React.js.

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, database architectures, and distributed system solutions.

  • Develop and maintain enterprise scheduling and batch processing solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple services and environments.

  • Make strategic technical decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Mentor team members and contribute to technical best practices and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of experience building robust enterprise-grade applications.

  • Strong expertise in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, Spring Security).

  • Extensive experience with React.js, including Hooks, Redux, and component lifecycle.

  • Strong knowledge of modern web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architecture at scale.

  • Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).

  • Strong experience in RESTful API design, distributed systems, and database architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

  • Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

  • Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.

  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Azure Monitoring).

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and performance optimisation.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
