Client Account Specialist (IT)
Our client is looking for a Client Account Specialist (IT) to manage and grow customer accounts while supporting day-to-day IT operations. This role combines account management, IT solution sales, and basic technical support,with exposure to infrastructure projects and continuous learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new business accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Manage customer IT requirements through a helpdesk system (remote and on-site support)
- Support hardware refreshes, software renewals, and IT infrastructure upgrades
- Propose suitable IT solutions (e.g. hardware, cloud, system integration, migration) based on customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on pricing and technical support
- Develop and manage sales pipelines to meet revenue targets
- Grow sales through cross-selling and ongoing IT services
- Provide sales and revenue forecasts, including periodic reviews with vendors
- Participate in networking activities to expand the customer base
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or client account management
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Mature, professional, and a team player
