Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to play a critical role in monitoring, maintaining, and supporting clients’ computer systems and network.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1–L3 IT support, manage tickets, incidents, and SLAs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Support new system rollouts and projects.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on IT support experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CompTIA, Microsoft 365 or related credentials highly advantageous.
