Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business outcomes.

  • Working Location: Central
  • Job Type: Contract
  • Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
  • Support solution design across Salesforce modules (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and UAT sessions
  • Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Support data migration, integration, and reporting requirements where applicable

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on Salesforce projects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, objects, workflows, and automation
  • Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and UAT test cases
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant)
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware) and data migration
  • Exposure to CRM transformation or enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
