We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (SAP Financial) to design, implement, and oversee SAP solutions that align with the organisation’s IT strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and technical evaluation of SAP implementation and migration projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Work with Product Owners, vendors, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions.
• Oversee IT architecture design and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory standards (e.g. IM8).
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP system architecture, implementation, and support, ideally in a lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, SAP SAC, and related frameworks (RAP/CAP).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, GCC) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
