Job Description

Serving as a Product Manager to deliver a citizen fronting software application that help to better serve the needs of Singaporeans.
Adopting Agile development approach and work towards tech best practices and cutting edge tools.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver products using the appropriate Agile management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
  2. Brings new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development. 
  3. Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
  4. Collaborate with Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  5. Define the roadmap and ensure user stories are created for product development in Jira, Confluence, etc.
  6. Groom the product backlog, prioritise user stories, technical tasks and bug fixes into the sprints. 
  7. Work with Product Owner, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, User Experience Designers, Engineers in planning the activities required and timeline for each release. 
  8. Bridge communication between multiple teams which includes creating documentation or presentations when necessary.
  9. Continuously gather user feedback, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for product improvements and new features. 

Requirements:

  • Experience using software development tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, etc
  • Proven experience in defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
  • Understanding of government to government working relationship (added advantage)
