We are looking for a Strategy & Policy Manager with keen interest in Autonomous Vehicles projects.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to develop and finetune a cohesive vision and roadmap for the deployment of AVs across various platforms.
- Develop and implement policies, strategies, legislative and regulatory frameworks necessary to support the AV deployment roadmaps.
- Review and provide recommendations on existing policies, legislation and frameworks to ensure continued relevance and alignment with national objectives and priorities.
- Assess and project manage AV deployment and trial requests, monitor and report progress, address operational challenges, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, policy development, or strategic planning would be advantageous.
- Prior experience in working on policies, strategies, legislation related to emerging and new technology areas.
- Possess good communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders and worked in cross-functional teams.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with an eye for details.
