Job title: Cloud Security Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Lead to spearhead the strategy, design, implementation, and management of cutting-edge cloud security solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the cloud security vision, strategy and execution aligned with business objectives. 
  2. Lead and mentor a team of cloud security engineers to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud security architectures. 
  3. Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate robust security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, encryption.
  4. Partner with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure security is baked into cloud environments.
  5. Lead IAM architecture and governance including RBAC, SSO, MFA and identity lifecycle management.
  6. Ensure secure access policies are implemented and regularly audited across cloud platform.
  7. Develop and enforce cloud security policies in line with regulatary requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
  8. Lead cloud-related incident response and post-mortem analysis. 
  9. Report security KPIs and findings to executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • min. 5 years and above of hands-on experience in cloud security, especially with  AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Expertise in IAM, encryption, SIEM, vulnerability management, and incident resposne. 
  • Proven experience with security regulations and complance standards such as SOC2, NIST.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, container security, and microservices architecture.
  • CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, AWS Certified Security - Specialty is preferred.
