Job title: Cloud Security Engineer (AWS / Kubernetes / OWASP)

Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to manage and enhance cloud security, endpoint protection, and SaaS security. You will work on threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, security operations, and cloud infrastructure protection.

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Working Location: Central
  • Job Type: Perm
  • Salary Package: Up to $8500 (basic) + AWS+ Performance bonus!

Responsibilities:

  • Define access privileges, control structures, and security resources.

  • Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities.

  • Conduct security audits and analyze pentest results.

  • Implement and maintain security controls.

  • Provide after-hours/weekend support as needed.

  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in AWS Cloud Security (Security Hub, Guard Duty, Inspector, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of SSDLC, OWASP standards, and security frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning, pentesting, SIEM, and IDS/IPS platforms.

  • Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM, RBAC, SSO, encryption, Kubernetes security).

  • Experience with Linux administration, shell scripting, and open-source security tools.

  • Knowledge of cloud, network, server, and application security best practices.

  • Certifications in OSCP, CISSP, SANS, or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
