Job title: Digital UI/UX Designer (FinTech)

Job Description

We are searching for a UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team to create engaging and on-brand graphics, contributing to the design and development of impactful software applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing & Prototyping – Own the end-to-end design process, create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs that elevate user experience.
  • User Research & Testing – Gather insights to refine usability, improve engagement, and align designs with user needs.
  • Scalable & Responsive Design – Develop layouts that seamlessly adapt across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Design System & Consistency – Maintain a cohesive design system ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Implementation – Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
  • Innovation & Best Practices – Stay ahead of industry trends, manage multiple priorities effectively, refining workflows, and improving design quality.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proven experience ofat least 3 years as a Digital Designer, Visual UI Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such asAdobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, user flows, wireframes, dashboard design and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile apps
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first design principles, committed to delivering accessible and inclusive digital experiences for diverse user groups.
  • Prior experience in B2B or FinTech industry/projects will be an added advantage.
