Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Manager

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Job Type: Contract (one-year)
  • Salary Package: up to $8800 (basic) + AWS

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Operations Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure operations. You will lead a team to ensure systems run efficiently, securely, and align with business objectives while maintaining high availability and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
  • Manage and mentor the infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure operations with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to infrastructure services.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations
  • Strong knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and certification is a plus.
