Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Manager

Working Hours: Mon-Fri
Job Type: Contract (one-year)
Salary Package: up to $8800 (basic) + AWS

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Operations Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure operations. You will lead a team to ensure systems run efficiently, securely, and align with business objectives while maintaining high availability and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
Manage and mentor the infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
Develop and implement infrastructure strategies, policies, and procedures.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure operations with business needs.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery strategies.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to infrastructure services.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations
Strong knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Experience with monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and certification is a plus.
