Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst familiar with Salesforce and a strong interest in Government Projects.

• 5 days work week (Mon to Fri).

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements.
• Lead the scrum team, conduct scrum ceremonies.
• Crafting and grooming of user stories, acceptance criteria, managing product backlog.
• Drive smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the solution.
• Help drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience required, IT related tertiary education.
• Experience in full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
• Proven experience working on Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other systems. 
• Experience with Cloud Technologies or low-code platforms.
• CSM/ CSPO and Salesforce Related Certifications.
