Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of application support engineers to oversee the support, maintenance, and enhancement of critical business applications.
- Lead the response to and resolution of application-related incidents, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements to support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, procedures, and application configurations.
- Participate in the recruitment process and management of the staff, including shift rotation planning
Requirements:
- min. Diploma in Computer Science or any IT related discipline
- min. 3 years of relevant working experience in application support domain
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
