Responsibilities:

  1. Managing a team of application support engineers to oversee the support, maintenance, and enhancement of critical business applications. 
  2. Lead the response to and resolution of application-related incidents, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
  3. Identify and implement improvements to support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, procedures, and application configurations. 
  5. Participate in the recruitment process and management of the staff, including shift rotation planning

Requirements:

  • min. Diploma in Computer Science or any IT related discipline
  • min. 3 years of relevant working experience in application support domain
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
