Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst familiar with Agile practices with keen interest in Government Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements.
• Collect and document detailed requirements for UX improvements, including usability, functionality, and performance enhancements.
• Lead the scrum team, conduct scrum ceremonies.
• Crafting and grooming of user stories, managing product backlog.
• Drive smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the solution.
• Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience required, IT related tertiary education.
• Experience in full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
• Proven experience in IT business analysis, application solution and design. 
• CSM/ CSPO Certification.
• Product Management experience will be highly advantageous.
