Job title: Senior Product Manager (Government Projects)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of large scale digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into product features and user stories.
  • Prioritise the product backlog and make data-driven product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Work closely with engineering teams on APIs, system integrations, web applications, and cloud technologies.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and continuously improve products based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Manage stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote Agile and product management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Systems Analysis, or IT Project Delivery, with a proven track record of delivering digital products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, APIs, databases, system integration, and web technologies, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure certifications, or public sector digital projects will be an advantage.
