About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions that support business operations and digital services. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable applications, automate workflows, and integrate enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and enhancements.
  • Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise systems using APIs.
  • Automate business processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and support production incidents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver quality solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in Agile development activities.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
