About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across both frontend and backend systems, delivering high-quality software while contributing to technical decisions and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
  • Build scalable frontend applications and robust backend services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver new features.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance.
  • Support CI/CD, Docker-based deployments, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Next.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong backend development experience using Node.js.
  • Good understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, relational/NoSQL databases, Git, and Docker.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience mentoring developers or leading technical projects.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • Experience with open-source projects or a strong technical portfolio.
