Job Description

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused IT Account Specialist to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in IT sales, account management, or business development who enjoy building client relationships and delivering technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients and manage existing accounts.
  • Recommend suitable IT solutions based on customers' business and technical requirements.
  • Drive solution-based sales across infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, and managed IT services.
  • Work closely with internal teams and technology partners to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Grow revenue through IT hardware, software, maintenance, and professional services sales.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, presales, business development, or account management.
  • Familiarity with networking, cloud, Microsoft 365, and security solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
