Salary: Up to SGD 5,300

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Project Manager to manage enterprise application infrastructure while ensuring compliance with IT governance, risk management, audit readiness, and security requirements. The role will be responsible for supporting infrastructure projects, maintaining operational stability, managing system changes, and overseeing governance and assurance activities across multiple enterprise systems. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, system owners, and IT teams to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, deployment, maintenance, and support of enterprise application infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, SQL Server clustering, VMware virtualization platforms, and cloud services.
  • Manage and support AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and design infrastructure solutions aligned with organisational standards.
  • Oversee daily infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability, reliability, performance, and security.
  • Manage infrastructure budgets, maintenance contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Conduct periodic system criticality assessments and maintain documentation relating to business impact, security classification, and operational criticality.
  • Perform system risk assessments covering security, operational, availability, and data protection risks, and coordinate remediation activities.
  • Maintain governance documentation, architecture compliance records, technical artefacts, and audit evidence repositories.
  • Coordinate system audits, manage audit findings, track remediation activities, and support compliance reporting.
  • Manage system changes, enhancements, upgrades, and remediation initiatives throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Ensure all changes comply with architecture, security, governance, and compliance requirements before implementation.
  • Support vulnerability assessments, penetration testing reviews, security remediation efforts, and overall system health monitoring.
  • Establish and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and cyber incident recovery processes for assigned systems.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery planning, testing, recovery documentation, and post-incident reviews.
  • Manage system integration certificates, API keys, and authentication artefacts, ensuring timely renewal and compliance with security policies.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews, analyse access logs for anomalies, and coordinate remediation actions where required.
  • Ensure timely deprovisioning of user accounts for transferred or departed personnel in accordance with security policies.
  • Prepare governance reports, risk updates, project status updates, and compliance dashboards for stakeholders and management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, project teams, system owners, security teams, and auditors to ensure successful project and operational outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, enterprise systems management, IT governance, or security-related roles.
  • Strong experience managing Windows Server, SQL Server, VMware, and enterprise application infrastructure.
