Job title: Backend Engineer (GenAI Platform)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer with a strong software engineering foundation and a keen interest in Generative AI to join our expanding GenAI team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI agent orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, n8n, and AWS Bedrock Agents
  • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, integrating LLMs and enterprise APIs to deliver intelligent AI solutions
  • Architect and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and PostgreSQL-based systems that support complex AI workflows
  • Implement and optimize vector search and retrieval solutions using OpenSearch and vector databases to enhance AI accuracy and performance
  • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless end-to-end AI experiences

To succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • Min. 5  years of professional software development experience with proficiency in backend development, API design, and system architecture
  • Hands-on experience building applications using AI middleware/frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph) and managed LLM services
  • Proven experience working with AWS cloud technologies, including Lambda and serverless architecture
  • Understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) and ability to leverage AI-assisted coding tools (vibe coding)
