We are hiring for a Product Operations Engineer to drive resolution of our operational performance

  • Salary up to $10k + AWS, with comprehensive employee's benefits 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain release management frameworks, deployment procedures, and escalation protocols.
  2. Triage and drive resolution of all operational issues in partnership with Engineering and Product teams, maintaining strict SLA compliance. 
  3. Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure the smooth operation of systems.
  4. Develop and implement operational processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement. 
  6. Handle operational challenges and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  7. Participate in post-incident reviews and root cause analysis and work closely with development teams to improve system reliability and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • min. Diploma in any relevant discipline
  • Experience with Zendesk / Jira 
  • Preferably with basic experience in software development
