About the Role

Our client (government project) is looking for a AI Product Owner to drive the planning, design, and continuous improvement of conversational AI solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing user experience, shaping product direction, and delivering impactful AI-driven services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chat Log Analysis: Analyse conversation data to identify user needs, service gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Quality Assurance: Define and monitor response quality standards, evaluation frameworks, and success metrics
  • Product Improvement: Drive continuous enhancements based on data insights, user feedback, and performance trends
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and generate reports to guide product decisions and improvements
  • Process & Documentation: Develop governance frameworks, workflows, and documentation for scalable delivery
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes
  • Reporting: Prepare insights, recommendations, and decision materials for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in Conversational AI / AI operations / NLP-related roles
  • Strong experience in chat log analysis and conversational data interpretation
  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation, AI quality frameworks, and performance metrics
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and handling large datasets
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with conversational AI platforms or LLM deployment
  • Knowledge of AI safety, bias detection, and responsible AI practices
  • Experience with automated evaluation or testing tools
