Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions for large-scale government projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build and enhance scalable applications, workflows, and integrations aligned with government compliance and security standards.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection standards.
  • Salesforce certifications are highly advantageous.
