Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support digital initiatives within the public sector. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to analyse business needs, translate requirements into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, test and implement processes/tools/systems in partnership with in-house IT, risk, and finance teams as well as external software vendors and service providers to support the front-office investment workflow
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, test, and implement systems, tools, and processes that enhance front-office investment workflows
  • Develop and write test plans for system, process and product upgrades, as well as participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Develop and maintain user guides and documentations relating to processes/tools/systems implemented for front-office investment workflow

Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience in business analysis/product management of system used in similar function (in asset management)
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • Experience working with risk management platforms such as Murex, SimCorp Dimension, Aladdin, and Charles River IMS, or similar systems
  • Experience in developing and maintaining user guide and system documentations
