Our Digital Transformation team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies.

  • Salary up to $10,000 + AWS
  • Up to 21 days of Annual Leave, Birthday off, etc

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and excute the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for site products.
  2. Drive product vision alignment with site transformation goals and workforce planning objectives.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across agencies to ensure product strategy supports overall site objectives.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile, user-centred development environment with rapid iteration cycles. 
  5. Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices in product development.
  6. Establish product governance frameworks and development best practices.

Requirements:

  • min. Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant discipline
  • min. 4 years of product management experience
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies 
  • Strong communicator and good in stakeholder management
