Job title: Software Engineer (Full Stack / TypeScript)

Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and support secure and scalable web applications and data solutions.

The role involves working across frontend, backend, data, and cloud platforms in an Agile and DevOps-driven environment, supporting both project delivery and day-to-day operations.

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Working Location: Central
  • Salary Package: Up to $10,000 (basic) + AWS
  • Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end application development, covering frontend, backend, and cloud components.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly web applications.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  • Work with QA teams to ensure quality, testing, and defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on cloud provisioning, monitoring, and automation.
  • Develop and maintain backend APIs and databases to support applications,
  • Perform data transformation, cleansing, and data flow management.
  • Design and manage datasets, data stores, and data platforms (e.g. data lake, operational data store).
  • Apply security best practices across applications and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and security issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant development experience.
  • Experience in full software development lifecycle and Agile projects, with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Node.JS experiences
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred); GCC exposure is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, containerisation, and DevOps practices.
